In House Bar Trainer - Revolucion de Cuba Belfast
Rate of Pay - £10p/h + Great Tips and Service Charge
Set in a stunning grade listed building in the heart of Belfast City Centre, Revolución de Cuba Belfast is well-known for serving mouth-watering food and drinks to the masses. With so many facets to the food operation here, it is a very exciting place to continue your management career. Starting the day with a strong brunch trade, leading into a steady lunch and finished with a jam packed evening service all beautifully complimented by a great take-away service, this business has it all.
The Revolucion de Cuba brand is totally unique. Designed around great food, proper drinks, live music and loads of salsa, we are dedicated to keeping the heat up long after the sun has gone down and carrying on until it rises again. Our food is a melting pot and fusion of flavours from Spain, Mexico and South America, cooked up in dishes inspired by the backstreet bars of Havana. Our drinks are for lovers of rum, drinkers of cerveza and spirit connoisseurs. We are the cantineros of Cuba, and now you have the chance to be part of the story.
The In-House Training Role is an important role in the Management Structure that holds significant responsibility. You'll own the training experience within your bar and coordinate bar organisation and set-up to maximise speed of service. You'll ensure that we are set up for success and be responsible for training in brand standards and in delivering our purpose – To create fun and memorable experiences for our teams ang guests!
You'll catch people doing things well and give developmental feedback to resolve performance gaps. You'll be a supportive coach, motivator and professional when interacting with the Team. You'll be a communicator and help team members understand the value of their contribution towards our goals.
The ideal candidate would have evidence of delivering great hospitality and impeccable standards and have worked in our industry for 12 months at least while also having a real passion and knowledge of cocktails, rum and the world of spirits, beers and wines.
In our Traner role you can progress onto head office training roles and guest experience support roles. A development program leading onto fantastic industry roles.
