Job Description
- Must have a good understanding of both retail store functions and administration duties
- Excellent communication skills with people at all levels
- Exceptional telephone manor
- Excellent PC literacy and a working knowledge of Microsoft packages – must have a good level of understanding in Excel
- Possesses outstanding organisational skills whilst being able to prioritise work accordingly
- Able to work well under pressure and on own initiative, adhering to all deadlines set out by the Retail Support Manager
- Show respect to others in a positive manner and build strong working relationships
