Bar Supervisor (Event Bars)
Birch Catering, established in 2012 are now recruiting for a Bar Supervisor to join our events bar team near Chipping Campden (Gloucestershire), to make sure every client and customer has a memorable experience that rocks!
You need to be passionate about customer service and always willing to go the extra mile.
Role responsibilities:
● Passionate about serving great drinks
● Maintaining a high level of service to all guests at the event
● Upholding high hygiene standards
● Ensuring the bar operates efficiently
● Cash handling, banking and EPOS management
● Maintenance of inventory and stock
● Personal licence holder (preferable)
● Cellar management (preferable)
● Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
● Applicant must be 18 years or over due to licensing laws

Shifts:
Shifts vary from event to event, typically these can be from Thursday to Sunday, so weekend availability a must. Typical shift start/finish times are;
● 12noon-1.30am / 1pm-1.30am / 3pm-1.30am / 6pm-1.30am

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 30 per week
Salary: £15.00-£17.00 per hour
