Keysight is looking for a Technical Writer to join our Eggplant Test Automation team
As an integral member of the team, you will collaborate right across the organization, from customer success to engineering teams to create customer facing content that enables users to get the most out of our product suite. With access to feedback from customers and internal users you have the opportunity to develop a content strategy to improve the quality, structure and usefulness of the content.

Create intuitive and compelling product documentation to help end-users understand and use our suite of products.

Write engaging and informative content that stands out from the usual tech documentation.

Utilize various methods of delivery and style of writing to serve content to our users (e.g. video, graphics, guides)

Constantly iterate and improve existing documentation to ensure its up to date and of the highest quality.

Create new content for product launches, releases, and new use cases.

Experience in writing engaging user documentation for modern software products, ideally B2B SaaS.

Demonstrated ability to translate complicated concepts into content that is accessible to audiences with mixed levels of expertise.

Skilled at writing in a conversational and engaging tone, while still clearly conveying information.

Experience working with a range of documentation and knowledge base technologies.

Ability to work with HTML and CSS is desired but not necessary.
You should have a technical background, be self-motivated and have a proven track record of developing compelling content.
