Hometown Creative is a small but quickly expanding Creative Marketing & Design company. We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, experienced, Creative Marketing Assistant to drive the growth of our ever-growing client base as well as our own growth for The Hometown Group of companies.
The successful applicant key responsibilities and duties will be:
- To create and implement social media strategies
- Build and run digital advertising campaigns
- Prompt engagement and ultimately deliver website visits, leads and conversions for our clients.
- To create digital content with a focus to grow online presence
- Contribute information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing and digital strategies for all brands including our own
- To seek new opportunities for brand exposure and PR initiatives across the brands we work with.
Reporting to our Creative Marketing Executive, the successful applicant will require the following attributes:

Experience
- Clear and thorough understanding of how to create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including Google Ads, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Tracking and optimising our marketing strategy, including SEO and Google Ads, creating metrics for presentations
- Seeking new and innovative ways to expand our reach to new clients and improve results
- Planning and prioritising multiple tasks
- Experience working in Marketing/Digital Comms is essential
- Excellent knowledge of social media and other digital platforms
- A good understanding of Google Analytics (desirable)
- Proven experience in content creation
- A basic knowledge of Photoshop, Canva and Meta Suite

The role will be based at our rural office just outside of Petersfield so own transport would be necessary. Hours of work: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00 but there would be some flexibility to work remotely on occasion.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
