As a Breakfast Chef, you will be vital in delivering an outstanding experience to all our guests.

Outline Job Description:
Our Breakfast Chef is a hardworking individual who can work on their initiative and are key players in our kitchen teams.
· Previous Breakfast Chef experience in 4* or similar hotels
· Responsible for leadership on a particular section showing diligent food hygiene and stock control
· Shows a good understanding of cooking techniques
· Responsible for competently managing the day-to-day activities in a section
· Supporting senior chefs with health and safety, food production and food safety
· To clean and prepare food by set procedures as directed by senior kitchen staff
· To adhere to cleaning and maintenance schedules and the recording of it
· Control of company stock and property, ensuring correct storage of food
· Show a complete understanding of food care and the importance of waste management
· Previous experience in a similar role or environment is preferred
· Good communication skills with colleagues at all levels
Salary: £25,000 per annum plus additional service charge
