Business Analyst (Permanent / Full Time)
Salary £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience, plus annual bonus, 25 days holiday, an extra day off for your birthday and a wellbeing day, excellent pension scheme, life assurance and corporate discount scheme

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. You will work on fast-paced projects across our Transformation Portfolio – establishing us as a leading network provider; leading on shaping new business processes and delivering end to end customer journeys for Wholesale order fulfilment.
What will I be doing?
You’ll work closely with Technical Architects, Product Owners and business stakeholders to map existing processes, define new processes and manage the change of delivery. Working within a small agile team, you’ll get involved in the end to end fulfilment process, from customer facing portals through to technical provision on the network, leaning on experts in our networking teams, systems teams and provisioning teams and facilitating workshops to define tickets for delivery.
Specifically you’ll be
- Working with stakeholders business users and partners, capture, analyse, refine, communicate and document their requirements
- Documenting as-is, to-be processes, and impact of business change
- Representing the customer (acting as a proxy) in support of the delivery teams throughout the project
- Representing the technical team in communication with the business about the project delivery
- Providing support to the architects, product owner and developers in the definition of technical solutions
- Validating that the functional and non-functional requirements are appropriately implemented within the solution
- Assisting with the estimation of timescales, resources and planning to successfully deliver
- Be a contributor to the creation of best practices through the identification of reusable assets
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the latest IT trends, best practices and digital technologies
- Acting as Scrum Master, Product Owner and/or Agile Coach

- Able to demonstrate at least 2 years previous experience as a Business Analyst
