Our client is looking for an experienced accounts assistant with previous experience in practise, to join their dynamic team on a full time basis. You must posses an AAT qualification and have the proven ability to juggle busy workloads.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with previous experience in a similar role, looking for their next venture.
The role will include:
- Preparation of both quarterly VAT returns
- Regularly prepare management and statutory financial accounts for numerous clients
- Maintain client records
- Prepare and submit other statutory returns and filings
- Support managers when required with looking after a large portfolio of accounts
- Provide coaching and supervision when required to junior staff
We are looking for:
- Previous practise experience
- AAT qualification
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Well organised and ability to use initiative
Details:
Title: Accounts Assistant
Hours: Full time (10am - 4pm)
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000
Location: High Wycombe (Hybrid - 3 days home, 2 days office)
