A day in the life of a Regional HR Director
Reporting to the VP HR - EMEA, you will be will be part of the Regional Leadership team; accountable for leading the HR agenda across a diverse portfolio of hotels, working in collaboration with the VP Operations, Director of Finance, Director of Commercial and Director of Operations Quality.
Your day-to-day role will include providing support and guidance to the hotel teams across all spectrums of the HR function, whilst supporting and contributing to the delivery of the broader HR strategy within the business. As a member of the regional leadership team, you will build robust relationships and act as a strategic partner with key owners and stakeholders, providing commercially sound advice and support to improve business efficiency. Additionally, you will need a strong commercial lens and a proven track record of developing a performance led culture.
What do we need from you?
To be successful in this role, you will have experience as an HR generalist operating across multiple sites, preferably within a related industry. You will be a credible voice at the leadership table, ensuring people remain at the heart of our business. You will be passionate about promoting a positive and diverse culture across the business, acting with integrity and resilience at all times. It is essential that you have a solid working knowledge of UK employment law and are competent in interpreting and understanding the impact of HR policy, procedures, and legislation.
This is a field-based role that will require regular travel across the UK as and when appropriate.
