HR Advisor
This role will provide support to a HR Business Partner in delivering the people agenda within Delta Capita.
Key accountabilities

Support the HR Business Partner in ER and performance management casework, for example taking meeting minutes, drafting letters and legal agreements for review by the HR Business Partners.

Provide clear advice and guidance to employees and business line leads on HR policies and procedures.

Provide support to employees and managers in wellbeing cases, including conducting wellbeing meetings, coordinating occupational health referrals and supporting the return to work process.

Support the HR Business Partners in the roll out and completion of cyclical processes, e.g. annual performance reviews and compensation reviews.

Act as liaison with the HR Operations team for payroll changes, immigration applications, family leave requests, MI reports, etc.

Hosting HR induction sessions with new employees, as required, and conducting exit interviews.

Supporting HR Business Partners in the analysis of MI data to support strategic people decisions for business areas.

Escalating complex matters to the HR Business Partners as appropriate.

Contributing to ad hoc projects as required.

Keep up to date with external trends and HR best practices, proactively sharing knowledge with the team.

Carry out other ad hoc duties as required.
