Salary between £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience + Potential Bonus + Excellent Benefits

This is a full-time 12 months fixed term contract opportunity, but we are always open to discuss individual’s flexible working needs so please speak to us during the recruitment process to understand what this could look like.

Position Summary
Are you an experienced recruitment administrator or agency recruiter with a couple of years’ experience under your belt, looking to make a jump into an in-house Talent Acquisition team? We want to hear from you!

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Talent Acquisition (TA) team on a 12 months fixed term contract where you will be recruiting for one of the world’s largest food and drink manufacturers in the world. The role offers an exciting and pacey environment where you will partner with our Nespresso retail business, playing a pivotal role in delivering the very best end to end recruitment offering to fulfil our volume retail vacancies right across the UK&I.

You will need to be flexible to manage a range of different vacancies across multiple locations and seniority levels whilst delivering the most optimal resourcing strategies to acquire the right talent. You will bring to life our inclusion and belonging strategy across retail linked to the business’s wider Talent strategy. It’s fair to say this is a busy and varied role that offers lots of opportunities to develop and grow.

A day in the life of a Junior Talent Acquisition Partner…
You will be identifying, engaging and assessing great talent to join our business building positive relationships and working closely with our HR Business Partners to truly understand the business’s needs. You’ll have the autonomy to be bold working closely with hiring managers to guide and support them in delivering a fantastic recruitment journey every single time, always striving for exceptional stakeholder and candidate experience.

You’ll also:
  • Develop great relationships through business partnering with a range of stakeholders to support and deliver our resourcing needs, enabling talent to be recruited in a quick and cost effective way, always identifying ways to improve.
  • Be responsible for ensuring hiring managers are compliant throughout the recruitment process whilst providing a best in class experience at every touchpoint.
  • Understand the importance of Nestlé talent strategy ensuring key priorities are reflective in our recruitment approach to build diverse and inclusive teams.
  • Promote Nestlé’s employer brand through social media, networking and events #beaforceforgood.
  • Manage and influence multiple stakeholders effectively, ensuring they are informed and updated during every step of the recruitment process.
  • Guide and support hiring managers to conduct great interviews whilst ensuring the very best candidate experience is delivered across all the recruitment touchpoints.

We operate a centralised employee services team within a centre of excellence so liaising with central HR colleagues will also be a key part of your role. What will make you successful
As the successful candidate you will already have some fantastic recruitment and/or recruitment administration experience under your belt whether that be in-house or from a recruitment agency background. Acting as an ambassador for the Nestlé brand you’ll be passionate, results focused and enjoy working in a highly energetic environment. You’ll thrive when working with stakeholders coupled with your ability to truly understand our businesses from a commercial standpoint. You’ll have fantastic communication skills and love working in an environment that isn’t always black and white.

You’ll also:
  • Be able to demonstrate your ability to work as a true talent acquisition partner delivering insight, challenge and support at every stage of the recruitment journey.
  • Have proven experience of supporting or managing high volume recruitment campaigns.
  • Be up to date with resourcing practices and UK&I employment legislation policies.
  • Have experience of working with applicant tracking systems, if you have experience of SuccessFactors ATS then great but it’s not essential.
  • Have proven experience of successfully using recruiting sourcing tools to identify prospective candidates e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, CRM data mining, Job board resume/CV databases.
