- You love being part of a team that support each other (no matter how big or small the problem is!)
- You love to empower others through your positive, can-do approach
- You want to impress, make a difference, and grow!
- Most of all, you are committed to being part of an organisation that has equality at its core, making a huge difference to peoples lives forever!
What will you do?
You will be required to develop, drive, and deliver an active pipeline of opportunities, developing relationships with local and national businesses and educational establishments, who are committed to improving their culture of inclusivity within their organisation.
You will nurture relationships across these organisations, showcasing Propel, making sales of training, consultancy, and recruitment, and then managing these relationships to ensure complete client satisfaction and long-term sustainability of the relationship.
You will be responsible for liaising with the operational team across Mason Consulting and our charitable arm, The Mason Foundation, to ensure communication and delivery are seamless.
You will be responsible for ensuring best practice, high quality content, aligned to delivery, to achieve maximal reach, engagement, and ROI, in line with Mason Consulting and The Mason Foundations overarching goals.
You will need to embrace a ‘make it happen’ approach, with constant dedication and a passion for making a difference, as part of a committed organisation, supporting, and championing young adults with mental health issues and special education needs and disabilities.
