LONDON
Our London office is located within Second Home, Spitalfields, a unique coworking space in the heart of East London's tech hub. With an open-plan space, ideal for collaborative working and networking, this is home to a broad range of teams including Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, Account Management, Finance, Legal and People teams. We have on-site cafe, rooftop terrace/bar, weekly wellness and cultural events, as well as fully stocked kitchens within the building.
THE ROLE
Reporting to the Data Acquisition Manager, and sitting within the Marketing Operations function, you will be responsible for collecting and updating information about prospects and customers and ensuring the data in the CRM is kept up to date. You will also have the opportunity to support other areas of the business on research related activities and special projects.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- You will undertake desk research on customers and prospects to better understand both the organization’s issues / objectives and the departments / staff we should be targeting to sell Turtl.
- You will display a clear understanding of business related persona fit, technology use case and general comfortability with pre-defined target markets.
- You will use research tools such as Zoominfo and Linkedin Navigator to find relevant personas and contacts to add to the CRM/Database.
- You will maintain the CRM/Database to ensure contact information is complete and up-to-date, and that invalid records are removed.
- You will provide accurate and timely reporting on your activity to meet challenging research targets.
- You will uphold the values and cultural ethos of Turtl in all dealings internally and externally.
Requirements
- You are a great problem solver who can combine analytical capabilities and creative thinking to generate practical insights and solutions.
- You are highly organised and can prioritize workload effectively and have excellent attention to detail.
- You have strong communications skills, and are able to engage with people across multiple geographies, and at different levels.
- You are a proficient user of Excel.
- You have great research skills.
