EQUANS is recruiting for several refurbishment Assistant Site Managers to join a range of exciting projects in 2023, across Croydon, London and East London.

What will you deliver?
To assist the site manager to manage the project in accordance with health & safety, agreed timescales, quality and cost.
To develop excellent relationships with customers and assist in managing the Supply Chain.
At the same time, you will develop your own working knowledge through on site experience.
To assist the site team to manage a contract which has variable value ranges.

Who are we looking for?
Previous Assistant Site Management experience (including frameworks, refurbishment, K&B, etc)
- Ability to fully operate Microsoft Office (e.g. Microsoft Projects, Programming, etc)
- Excellent organisational skills
- Financial and commercial awareness
- Effectively manage time in order to meet deadlines
- Up to date relevant knowledge of building legislation
- Up to date relevant knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
- Understanding of local government
- Experience of partnership arrangements
- Reading and accurately interpreting programmes, drawings and technical specifications
- Understanding and appropriately sharing build programmes.
