Codec have an opportunity for a Microsoft Dynamics ERP Pre-Sales Senior Consultant.
The Pre-Sales Senior Consultant will work alongside our commercial teams to demonstrate and present the capabilities of Dynamics 365 Business Central to enable us to continue to develop and grow our flourishing ERP practice. You will have key involvement in building demos and tender responses, adhering to a very high standard.
The role requires the person to be able to articulate the benefits of Dynamics 365 Business Central to a business and technical audience.
Key Responsibilities
Working on tender responses and proposals alongside the Financial Solutions commercial lead to create high-quality documents and ensure completed proposals meet specifications.
Keep up-to-date on the latest advances in Dynamics 365 Business Central and related solutions
Ability to undertake and delivery Webinars as and when requested
Ability to perform accurate demonstrations which will involve preparing demo scripts, rehearsing prior to the demo and ultimately delivering best in class presentations and demonstrations. This role is more about bringing the demo to life and highlighting how Dynamics 365 Business Central can drive change and benefits.
Assesses customers’ met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimise value for both the customer and the firm.
Secures input from all necessary solution stakeholders within the customer firm. Adapts solutions, as necessary, to ensure appropriate support.
Participate in surveys and interviews with potential prospects.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Confident and comfortable Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central/Dynamics NAV.
5+ years of pre-sales/project management experience
Previous pre-sales/project management experience with ERP software solution vendors like SAP, Oracle, Microsoft.
Comfortable/Confident with financial and general accounting processes and how they work in large companies and government organisations.
Degree level qualification preferable (background in Accountancy advantageous but not essential)
