Are you looking for a new and exciting role? Are you an organised individual with experience in Administration?
At Blossom Tree Montessori, we are recruiting for an Administration Assistant/PA to join our warm and friendly team. We currently have one nursery and are due to open our second nursery in Eastcote in May. This role will be supporting with the administration duties for both nurseries as well as assisting our directors with PA tasks, working from our head office based on Joel Street, Northwood Hills. The working hours will be Tuesday to Friday 9am-3:30pm.
A little about Blossom Tree Montessori:
- We first opened our Northwood branch in July 2019 and have expanded the nursery twice since opening.
- Our Eastcote branch is our second branch to open in May 2023 which we are very excited about!
- We are really passionate about the Montessori ethos and we provide in house training as well as supporting staff to complete courses to further their knowledge.
- There is plenty of room for career progression and we are very focused on upskilling our staff team.
- We use a nursery app called ‘Blossom Educational’ which is our sister company! It’s incredibly user friendly and helps us to be efficient and organised.

A day at Blossom would include:
- Assisting the nurseries with general administrative duties such as filing, laminating and printing
- Creating documents and ensuring everything is filed correctly in our drive system
- Inputting of data on our Blossom App - all training will be provided
- PA tasks for the directors
- Supporting with the onboarding process for new staff members. Filing documents, completing onboarding checklists
- Assisting with keeping staff training up to date. Purchasing new training when needed
What we would ask from you:
- Previous experience working in an administrative role is essential.
- Previous experience working in an Early Years/Education environment is desirable.
- Having good ICT skills is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- To be passionate, motivated, have the ability to work well within a team whilst also be able to use own initative.
We take safeguarding very seriously and a current and clean Disclosure Barring Services (DBS) Certificate is essential.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 26 per week
Salary: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
