Location - Bakkavor, Bo'ness
Shift pattern: Wednesday & Thursday off
Shift Times: 6am to 2pm (day shift), or 14.00 - 22.00 (back shift)

Our Bakkavor business in Bo’ness, specialises in the production of fresh, high quality salad products working primarily with a premium retailer. To give a feel for the scale of manufacturing in Bo’ness we produce over 70million salad based meals and side dishes from our 2 manufacturing facilities employing over 1200 people in the town.
The business has plans for significant investment on both sites which will deliver increased opportunity for employment and progression.
A fantastic opportunity has opened up as a Stores Operative, working primarily within the factory environment.
As we continue to grow and provide outstanding customer service, we are looking to recruit a number of Stores Operatives to come and join us and become a part of our successful team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Processing of raw materials and packaging stocks from internal and external suppliers
- Taking daily and weekly stock takes of all warehouse stocks; escalating ‘at risk’ stocks or any other issues to the materials and planning team;
- Daily order picking of materials for supply to the bread production sites
- Covering the store-man position if required (either on day or night shift)
- Ensuring H&S is adhered to in working area; in line with company policy
- Other ad-hoc duties to support the above when required
Please Note: A FLT licence is required for the role, and is essential in order to be considered for the position.
