The Role – Account Manager
Patient. Persistent. A winning personality... You might not realise it yet, but chances are you already have what it takes to be an amazing Business Account Manager. Your attention is focused on Small Businesses who have 10 or more BT connections. With responsibility for the account management of your own allocated base of customers, you’ll engage with them through Inbound/Outbound calls and email. You will build great working relationships with your customers, gaining strong understanding of the needs and plans of each business, promoting products and solutions from across the EE and BT portfolio to match their needs.
You'll agree a contract strategy with each customer, creating trust that will build the customer’s faith in BT strengthening their loyalty to the BT brand. You will join and be supported by our successful team of Business Account Managers. The training we provide will quickly get you up to speed on what you need to do to succeed, by keeping your eye on measured targets and maintaining our reputation as the best network for service in the UK.
Full time (37.5 Hours) - Monday to Friday between a rotation of the hours of 9am - 6pm
