Responsibilities and Duties
- Menu research and development in both curry and tandoori dishes.
- Improve current menu and enhance presentation standards.
- Control food wastage.
- Work alongside kitchen team to ensure all food hygiene documentation and product labelling is adhered to and implemented.
- Maintain a safe and compliant working environment.
