With this UX/UI Designer - Optimisation opportunity we will only consider candidates who have previous industry experience as a UX/UI Designer, and with A/B Testing and/or experience working with conversation rate optimisation (CRO) or experimentation.

Well, we're super proud of our history, helping communities to stay connected with oodles of top-notch products and services. We offer the full works – broadband, TV, mobile and landline – equipping our customers out with the very latest tech.
But it's not just what we do, but why we do it that really matters.
Our mission is to become the most recommended brand, by our people and our customers. A massive part of that journey is about how we ensure that our brilliant people have a working environment in which they can truly belong and thrive.
For us, it's critical that every single person can bring, and be, their whole selves at work, and we're working hard every day to achieve this.
Tell me more, tell me more…
As a UX/UI Designer, it's your job to get under the skin of the users' needs, balancing them with the business requirements to build well rounded solutions. You’ll love taking ideas from whiteboard sketches all the way through to completion of beautifully crafted and polished user interfaces (UI).
As a valued member of the team you will play a key part working on exciting projects from initial research and conception to final designs and development implementation while maintaining our pattern library, making sure it's easy to use and accessible.
You'll work closely with our insights team to verify all experiences we design are fully user-tested and validated before and after launch, ensuring we stay user-centric at all times.
People development is core to our Virgin Media values and you’ll be surrounded and supported by a leading team of digital and technological experts that deliver and evolve at a fast pace and will help and push you to develop at an equally rapid rate.
