The Village Green team situated at the heart of Meadow View, supports adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. Village Green supports people who live in houses and flats with shared and single occupancy.
Village Green is a hive of activity and new experiences for the people we support. As well as supporting with the daily routines of the people we support, you will be involved in creating exciting activities to develop independence skills but also making sure we all have fun! Whether you are an accomplished cook, have a passion for sport or have a flair for arts and crafts, you will be able to use these skills to make a difference to the lives of the people at Village Green.

We are looking for compassionate and caring individuals who want to make a positive difference to the lives of the people we support. You will be provided with a strong support network with experienced support workers and managers here to support you every step of the way. If you are a calm person with excellent communication skills, a team player who recognises the importance of working together to ensure the best outcomes for the people we support, we want to hear from you.
You don't need to have experience but it is essential that you share our values. We will support you with progression and qualification opportunities throughout your career, paid for by the Hesley Group. Our excellent training team will support you to become a qualified Support Worker, which could see you on your journey to a career in care.
Not only does your role as a Support Worker provide you with variety day in day out, but we do try to make your day as easy as possible, with a fixed rota and a direct bus toMeadow View from Doncaster Town Centre.
Hours of work - Full time average of 36 hours per week (part-time hours may also be available)
Weekdays: Earlies 07:30 – 14:45, Lates 13:45 – 22:00
Weekends: Earlies 07:30 – 13:45, Lates 13:15 – 22:00
