We have an opportunity available for a support worker to join the team at our supported living service based Leicester Street, Southport Merseyside PR9 0ER.

Responsibilities:
The Role:
You will be supporting adults on a person centered basis to live independently in their own properties helping them move towards independent accommodation. Tasks will include assisting with personal care, medication, accessing the community & domestic tasks.

Qualifications:
