Key responsibilities: Product
- To ensure that all menu items are displayed, prepared and served to brand standards.
- production of all menu items accurately in order to control stock and minimise waste costs.
- To ensure that all preparation and service procedures and menu specifications are followed in order to consistently meet waste and portion control targets.
- To actively manage all checking and record completion in relation to products to ensure quality standards are maintained and that the store is legally compliant, following up on any issues identified in order to resolve them.
- To ensure that all stock is ordered and stock checks are carried out in accordance with company procedures and using the EPOS system.
- To manage the effective implementation of all product promotions and new menu launches to time and quality standards.
- To ensure that all food safety standards and procedures as contained within the Creams Food Safety Manual are complied with.
- To ensure that the store is set up and cleared down each day in accordance with brand standards.
- To ensure that high standards of appearance and presentation are maintained in the dining areas throughout opening times.
- To ensure that all cleaning schedules are followed throughout the store in order to ensure high standards of cleanliness and appearance.
- To actively manage all maintenance issues relating to the building and equipment: reporting, following up and escalating as appropriate.
- To manage all company cash and credit card handling and till control procedures to ensure the security of the store’s takings and that monies taken match the system records.
- To ensure that all health and safety standards and procedures as contained within the Creams Safety Manual are complied with.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Salary: £11.00-£12.00 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
