Senior Website & SEO Manager
The Company
A well-established SaaS with an industry-leading enterprise information archiving platform used by some of the world's most highly regulated companies for their all-important, multi-channeled data capture is looking for a Senior Website and SEO Manager to join their vibrant and very social London office.
The Role
You will be responsible for developing and implementing a website marketing and SEO strategy to promote the brand and generate leads through organic traffic. With support from the website designer and developer you will lead any website refreshes and redesigns to improve the online experience and customer journey. Working with internal teams will be a crucial part of this role to ensure the site maintains the highest security standards and complies with appropriate laws and regulations.
What You'll Do
- Create and implement a global website and SEO strategy that aligns with the business goals
- Carry out website audits and implement site improvements to enhance the website experience
- Drive improved SEO performance through content audits and SEO gap analysis
- Continual conversion rate optimisation through the use of A/B testing
- Ensure active campaigns and product launches are represented on the website
- Be responsible for keeping the corporate website up to date, uploading the latest blogs and content pieces and creating new web pages where needed
- Own and drive key website projects, collaborating with the Website Developer and Website Designer on website refreshes and redesigns
- Work closely with the Website Developer to ensure the website complies with the appropriate laws and regulations and website security
- Constantly review and improve the user experience along with the Website Designer
- Ensure all copy received from the product marketing and content teams is optimised to boost visibility
- Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels to improve rankings.
- Measure and analyse web performance and visitor behaviour, making improvements where necessary to boost website traffic and performance
- Perform technical SEO audits to identify issues and enhance visibility of the site in major search engines
- Keep up to date with industry developments, including algorithm updates and reputable/reliable SEO industry best practice
About You
- 5+ years of website and SEO experience in a B2B business
- Experience and proficiency with content management systems, ideally WordPress
- Manage and optimise website content for SEO
- Solid understanding of technical SEO including sitemaps, meta tags, JavaScript indexing, linking, redirects, keyword research, etc
- Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, Search Console and SEMrush or similar tools
- Experience in website integrations with marketing automation platforms and other applications
- Outstanding project management and stakeholder communication skills
- Strong reporting and analytical skills
