As a member of the Global Talent Operations - Talent Acquisition team, the assistant manager’s primary role will be to support our Deloitte practitioners leveraging global talent acquisition technologies. The role encompasses a variety of responsibilities including:

End-to-end production support for global talent acquisition technologies

Management of monthly operations and maintenance cycles
-
Development and maintenance of technology and process knowledgebase solutions (internal site, process documents, job aids)

Tracking and reporting on process measures and metrics
-
Presentation of business performance metrics to leadership and stakeholders
-
Continuous optimization of talent acquisition technologies and operational support processes
-
Oversight and leadership of the operations team, including performance management, coaching and development
Key relationships include Deloitte and vendor technical support teams, vendor account management teams, current and future talent acquisition technology stakeholders and colleagues across the broader Global Talent organization.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Technical Skills

Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving: Ability to analyze data, and develop informed recommendations that shape or support the business strategy

Global Mindset: Ability to apply a global and diverse perspective to problem solving

Logical Structuring: Ability to organize insights and define a logical flow to tell a story when presenting recommendations

Communication and Presence: Ability to develop high-quality written communications and deliver key messages with clarity, confidence and poise to instill confidence in stakeholders
Relevant Experience/Other Qualifications

Experience as a team leader in a customer service or support and operations environment

Experience with Salesforce for case management and reporting

Experience with talent acquisition technologies, or an ability to learn new technologies quickly

Proficient with PowerPoint, for presentation of quarterly metrics and findings

Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships

Working in a "sprint" based environment and/or in an iterative collaboration style
-
Occasional flexibility in working hours in order to work with global stakeholders

Personal independence
Regulation and controls are standard practice in our industry and Deloitte is no exception. These controls provide important legal protection for both you and the firm. We are subject to a number of audit regulations, one of which requires that certain colleagues abide by specific personal independence constraints.
