Burgess Hill is recruiting for Senior Healthcare Assistants to join our dynamic and forward-thinking team of professionals that include Psychologists, Psychiatrists, Social Workers and OTs. As a Senior Healthcare Assistant, you will work across the hospital under the supervision of a qualified nurse, supporting our patients in their recovery.
- At Least 2 Years Previous experience in a healthcare role (preferably mental health)
- Ability to keep calm in challenging situations
- An understanding of mental health conditions

- A caring nature with strong listening skills

- Good communication skills
- Ability to work flexibly
- Basic Literacy skills
- Education to GCSE Standard
- NVQ or equivalent would be an advantage
