Role Summary:
The Senior Creative Producer will be responsible for spearheading the Creative Production function of the eOne / Hasbro Digital Content team. With a particular focus on leading all creative aspects of our original digital productions, the role will also act as EP across certain other shows for eOne / Hasbro’s catalogue of entertainment and toy and game driven properties.
Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the VP, Digital Content – acting as a team lead for the Creative Production function including line management of two Creative Producers and providing overall creative leadership for the department.
- Leading all elements of creative production across our original digital productions (live action, animation, mixed media), from concept to delivery, alongside acting as EP where required on other Creative Producers’ shows. Including but not limited to: story editing; creative feedback on visual assets; creative feedback on storyboards and animation; creative feedback on editing and VFX; creative feedback on music, sound and score; putting together shot lists / shoot plans; attending (and directing where required) live action shoots. Where required, finding creative solutions to issues that do not compromise quality of output.

Ensuring content is delivering on brief from partners in Brand, Commercial and Platform Management whilst also serving overall creative vision for the show; receiving, collating and negotiating feedback. Able to give and receive feedback without ego – collaboratively seeking to produce the best content possible.

Managing, owning and building fantastic relationships with our external providers to ensure pipelines are being run efficiently, effectively, and are delivering excellent creative results. Dealing with and ameliorating any enquiries or issues from either side quickly and confidently. Sourcing new suppliers where required.

Responsible, in partnership with the Production Management function, for ensuring content is delivered on time, on budget, and importantly is delivering creative excellence; exercising judgement on when to involve VP and other stakeholders.

Overall responsibility for production pipeline on owned shows. In partnership with the Production Management function - creating and owning budgets and production schedules at a series level. Monitoring spend on a monthly basis to ensure productions are on track. Able to creatively adapt budgets and schedules as production develops, flagging any issues to VP and relevant stakeholders.

Develop and refine processes with Platform Management team, working together to ensure content performance is analysed and performance insights fed back into series and episodic level creative. Keeping up to date with platform trends and leveraging these to increase viewership and watch time.

Playing a key role in team communications and stakeholder management; representing the function at meetings, both internal and external; owning relationships with BLA and finance teams in partnership with VP and Senior Production Manager; able to confidently update on project status, departmental and industry issues.
Key Competencies:

Strong experience as a Creative or Senior Creative Producer for digital platforms or social media, particularly within a fast paced, high volume environment

Experience working on kids’ / family IP essential, with a strong understanding of kids at different ages and their consumption of media

A passion for kids’ brands and for storytelling

Great editorial skills – you know what makes awesome stories
- Able to manage multiple projects with precision

Some team management experience – able to win the trust of more junior team members and manage effectively
