The key responsibilities of the Secretarial Coordinator are:* Proactively, meaningfully and consistently demonstrate our values in your everyday practice, decision making and interactions with customers, stakeholders and colleagues
- Providing an efficient administration service to the organisation including minute taking
- Providing a full secretariat service to the organisation
* Maintain confidentiality at all times * Liaise with colleagues at all levels within CPP to ensure key corporate functions are supported, providing cover where necessary
- To meet challenging targets and deadlines in a busy working environment
