- 3+ years working experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales & account management
- With start-up experience is a plus
- 3+ years of relevant sales execution, independent prospecting, and with a track record of hitting sales targets
- The applicant must have experience in international sales with a sound (proven) understanding of international trade business
- Be able to effectively and efficiently work from home while hitting targets.
Job Description
- To find new clients by using various approaches: cold calling, email campaign, networking, referrals, participation in fairs and exhibitions, government projects etc.
- Develop your own clients’ portfolio: your target client will be government public projects/tenders and any companies that engage in importing and exporting to/from overseas.
- Deliver tailor-made and one-stop services by closely following market trends and needs.
- Be accountable for handling the end-to-end sales cycle from pre-sales to post-sales processes including customer visits, presentation, tender, quotation, proposal, delivery and invoicing in a timely manner
Skills
1. 3+ years working experience in B2B sales is a must; experience in logistic, import/export, product development, Testing, inspection, certification industry is highly preferable.
2. Having experience working with Asia operation team
3. Degree holder in Marketing, Science, Engineering, or other technical discipline will be a plus
4. With proven record to hunt for new business with solution selling skill
5. Good at client relationship management.
6. Must be self-motivated, resourceful, detailed, result-oriented and with the ability to generate new business opportunities
7. Ambitious to work in a fast growing environment with the opportunity to take managerial role.
Compensation
Salary plus commissions of team sales result. The salary before tax is about GBP3000 to GBP4600 per month.
