Derby Homes is recruiting to the post of Rough Sleeper Response Manager to manage and coordinate all rough sleeper services across the City of Derby. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our rough sleeper task force in the delivery of services considered to be among the best in the country. Considerable strides have already been made with tailored solutions found for many vulnerable individuals as we aim to meet our target of eradicating rough sleeping in Derby.
The successful applicant will be expected to:
- Provide operational leadership that ensures a coordinated response from all services.
- Ensure the customer is at the centre of our work listening to their needs and views and delivering solutions that will assist them off the street.
- Make proposals that will enhance the services delivered and improve the outcomes achieved. Implementing recommendations and new initiatives as necessary.
- Monitor and report on performance across the service area using learning to inform service delivery through a performance framework.
