Description
We are looking to appoint a Playground Installation Manager to join our team in Leicester. The successful candidate will be managing a growing installation team who install and maintain playground equipment across the country from Monday - Friday.

What will you be doing?
Based from our Leicestershire office, you will be responsible for:
- Managing all customer installations, delivering on time and to budget
- Manage the installations team, sub-contractors and third-party suppliers
- Recruit, train and oversee installation team members
- Overseeing quality control, ensuring installs are delivered to a high standard
- Gather customer, supplier and team feedback and communicate to senior management
- Ensure Health & Safety regulations & safe working practices are adhered to at all times
Previous Experience
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Playground Installation Manager, who can operate both independently and as a strong team leader.
Desirable:
- Experience managing playground installation teams
- Experience installing fencing
- Experience installing artificial grass
- Experience with surfacing
- Experience of Construction/Groundworks
- Capable and able to operate a range of plant and safety equipment
- Valid CSCS
- Ability to prioritise workload with strong organisational skills
Must have:
- Willingness to travel UK wide
- Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Full UK driving license
- Enhanced DBS (or willing to undergo checks)
