Personal Assistant | Management Consultancy | £35,000-£40,000
City-based (Hybrid)
Our client is a boutique consultancy with a wide range of international financial clients. Due to expansion, they are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant (PA) to join the team. You will be required to get involved with all aspects of the business, supporting the senior management team whilst working closely with the Business Manager.
The PA will be experienced in managing diaries over multiple time zones, preparing company documents, managing company expenditures, handling invoice payments and showing intuition, diplomacy and a keen eye for detail.
They are looking for someone with a 'can do' attitude, along with being trustworthy, and able to juggle and prioritise their own workload. This is a busy and varied role which requires someone who can focus, pay attention to the details and lend their hand to all areas of the business.
Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage diaries and work across global time zones -consultants & clients based in North America, Europe, Asia and the UK.
- Formatting Consult CVs to company style
- Assisting with the management and booking of consultant training
- Assisting with consultant contracts and onboarding requirements
- Help with HR issues and queries as requested by the Business Manager
- Assisting with company expenditure, finance reports and generating board packs
- Assisting with all data privacy policies
- Prepare and create company presentations and documents
- Minute taking as required
This is a hybrid role with 3 days working from home and 2 in the City-based offices. This is a collaborative environment and would suit an experienced PA looking for a good work-life balance.
Salary is dependent on experience.
