On behalf of Nationwide Building Society, AMS are seeking a Payments Team Admin for a 6 month contract with the possibility of extension working remotely from home and in Swindon each quarter .
The role is based in the team deals with financial transactions reported to be investigated within VISA, ATM and Direct Debits @ Nationwide Building Society .
Our training scheme is completed remotely via screen share over Microsoft Teams for remote workers and successful applicants will go through a 5-6-week route to competency on one of our entry level processes.

Payments Team Admin
£10.90 p/h
35 Hours Per Week
Monday to Friday
9am to 5pm/ 8am to 4pm/ 10am-6pm depending on business needs
Nationwide will provide equipment to enable remote working i.e., laptop, mouse, keyboard, monitor, etc.
No annual leave during first 5 -6 weeks of starting due to training period
Start date is 6th March 2023
Primarily a 6 month contract with potential to extention
What you'll do:
You’ll be servicing all aspects of existing transactions highlighted by customers in VISA, ATM and direct debits Specific duties vary depending upon the team you join.
· Some Telephony tasks and admin mixture of inbound and outbound calls- customers, internal for information to be gained and a better understanding of the transaction,
· Each day the tasks they will be required to work on will be scanned on their internal systems (QL or EG) to see what type of queries have come in and will be passed over to them to respond to.
· Queries can vary by changing an address, changing a direct debit etc responding to them by telephone or letter.
Purpose of Role:
You’ll be part of our team’s o deliver an excellent customer service experience which in turn will promote repeat business.
You will handle admin related to any queries that potentially could happen within the transactions of VISA, ATM and Direct Debits We will expect you to have excellent decision making skills to determine if you need to take action outside of usual process, dealing with query over the phone to ensure time related task is achieved.
