Job Description

We’ve refocused our digital offer at TGB, with our systems team at the heart of how we do business. This has given us the opportunity to recruit an Organisational Digital Transformation Manager, to lead the digital experts in the team to deliver their projects.

We’re looking for a confident change advocate who can build excellent relationships internally and within OneToyota, equipping the internal teams with the tools they need to ace their roles.

Digital Productivity Manager – Whistlestop overview

You don’t have to be a tech whizz to ace this role (you’ll have them in your team) but you will have experience working in a collaborative way, have an innovative mindset and want to make a difference not only to your team but to our whole way of working.

To us, productivity means, collaboration, automation, and innovation and this doesn’t have to come from a systems background as this is an opportunity for someone who thinks differently to bring that to the Systems team.
