WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The key responsibilities for this role will include but are not limited to:
- Creating an exceptional experience for members and their guests.
- Up-selling products as and when appropriate in a subtle and conversational manner.
- Taking accurate food and drinks orders, using our till system, ordering slips or by memorisation as appropriate.
- Feeling empowered to make a decision that will enhance the member experience or defuse any complaints which may arise.
- Being an ambassador for Maison Estelle as well as someone who embodies our values and commitment to our teams both when at work and when not.
- Demonstrating a positive and proactive approach to work.
- Continually improving service by communicating and assisting individuals to understand and anticipate member needs.
We are a new members club in a grade II listed townhouse in Mayfair.
