Do you have a passion for social media? Confident in talking to new people? Have an interest in fashion? Then this might be the ideal role for you!
The role of a Model Booker will be to look after some of the company’s largest accounts including Shopping Channels, Fittings Clients, and Photographic Clients. These client’s book daily, anything from 5 – 10 models a day.

This will be a permanent position, salary max of £26,000 depending on experience. This could be either a full-time role or part time role – non-negotiable working days are Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Holiday entitlement is 22 days; this will increase yearly. After 6 years holiday entitlement is 29 days
Please note that due to the location of this client you must drive and have your own transport.

The fashion world is known for being a fast-paced and competitive industry therefore the job of a booker can be demanding, stressful and requires dedication. The applicant must be skilled in multi-tasking as you will be working on multiple accounts at the same time.

The applicant will also be required to help manage our social media channels such as Instagram, twitter, facebook, pinterest, linked iIn, google+, RMG Blog
The applicant will work very closely with their clients, which requires strong people skills to maintain relationships and build rapport.

Main duties:
    Liaising with clients
    Negotiating fees
    Selecting the correct models that match the clients’ requirements
    Scouting models to match specific roles
    Organising castings
    Setting up shoots
    Completing paperwork; booking sheets, invoices, client, and model confirmations
    Managing Social media channels
    Diary Management - Taking responsibility for arranging new model Interviews and polaroid sessions
    Taking new client calls and responding to new enquiry’s accordingly
    Contributing to the development of our Social Media Platforms
    Confidently Working within Outlook, CITRIX, word, Excel
    Logging of incoming emails to our generic email accounts, ensuring all are replied to within a given time
    Picking up colleague’s accounts when they are on annual leave, therefore a basic knowledge of all clients and models is required.
    Helping to achieve monthly team targets
