Who we are looking for:
We are looking for someone who can oversee and own our CRM & email marketing. You will be a self-starter and entrepreneurial, and very comfortable working in a fast paced environment. You will be an excellent copywriter that is creative and extremely detail oriented, but also have an eye for email and web design. You will be super excited about using data to make decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Own and deploy complete end to end processing of email campaigns from briefing ideas & design through to test and deployment, thoroughly testing campaigns across email and SMS
- Own the weekly email newsletters & additional email marketing campaigns around sales, promotions, seasonal and brand campaigns & more
- Create email design through Canva and basic HTML
- Write all email marketing copy from SL, pre-header & body copy to increase open rate and click through rate
- Work with Marketing Executive to ensure email components of all campaigns have consistent messaging & creative
- Own the central email marketing calendar within our overall marketing calendar, ensuring details are kept up-to-date on a weekly and monthly basis
- Proof-read all email content & incorporating stakeholder feedback for all emails
- Oversee technical changes to templates and flows and understand integrations with other systems
- Implement A/B testing and use analytical & sales-driven thinking when making marketing decisions
- Prep the weekly & monthly email & CRM reports ahead of the weekly meetings, supporting with performance tracking of each email
- Monitor and improve email deliverability issues (IP health, spam traps, bounces, blocks and blacklists etc.)
- Think of creative ways to grow email list and action on them
- Analyse segments and think of new ways increase buyer and seller activity
- Execute on loyalty program deliverables
- Assist with social media posting on Instagram as well
Qualifications/experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in email/CRM marketing
- Strong written English and copywriting skills
- Solid understanding of email KPIs and deriving insights for wider business reporting and actions
- Experience of working in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment with competing deadlines and priorities preferably fashion/retail
- Previous ESP exposure preferred i.e. Klavyio
- Previous experience with Canva / good eye for design
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Analytical and creative problem solving
