Role Objective:
To assist the Legal Administration Manager in providing full administrative support to the International Business Affairs and Legal team in London.
Role Responsibilities include:
Assisting in the signature process with respect to a variety of documents, including agreements; sending these documents internally and externally
Ensuring that the signature tracker is kept up to date on a daily basis
Monitoring the timely return of signed documents from external parties
Assisting in the Legal budget inputting
Supporting the Legal Administration Manager when working with the Tax team regarding the annual Withholding Tax process with HMRC
Working with outside notaries to arrange for legalization and apostille of documents as needed for a range of territories
Managing, under supervision, the requirements of the Solicitors’ Regulation Authority
Handling, under supervision, the annual registration renewals with the Information Commissioner's Office
Filing and archiving of agreements and other related documents (electronic and hard copies)
Arranging the preparation of expense claims
Arranging meetings and video calls, including logistics
Assisting in the handling of correspondence received in London office and forwarding to relevant contacts
Managing couriers for the team

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
Essential
Demonstrated experience working effectively in a diverse environment Demonstrated all round office administration skills
Excellent academic results to degree level
Desirable
Previous experience working for an international company Previous experience working within a legal and business affairs department
