Right now, we’re looking for a caring and organised individual to join us as a Laundry Assistant at Burley Hall Care Home in Burley-in-Wharfdale to help us be the positive difference to our resident’s lives.
Working hours and salary
£10.85 - £11.75 per hour
15 hours each week
Saturday & Sunday, 8am - 4pm (flexible with time)
Extra hours may be available on housekeeping/host
Full time/part time and bank contracts available.

What your typical day involves
- Always maintaining high standards of laundry within our home
- Keeping our resident’s looking and feeling great; you will be responsible for washing, drying, ironing and repairing items of clothing as needed
- Maintaining linen stocks for day to day use around the home, you’ll raise any issues to the Senior Housekeeper as you go
Who we’re looking for
You take pride in ensuring your work is always completed to a high standard and can maintain an organised environment. Often managing multiple requests at once, you’ll be comfortable multitasking and where necessary working with other teams to ensure our residents are kept happy in their home. Training will be provided.
