With no experience necessary, we're looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our HR and Recruitment team and play an essential role in the consistent growth of our business. With an average length of service of 10 years, you’ll be fundamental in sourcing and retaining even more brilliant talent to continue our growth. With no experience necessary, you’ll have the opportunity to expand your knowledge in all areas of the business, to support with recruitment, retention and events. What you’ll be doing:
You’ll support the recruitment and selection process by effectively liaising with candidates, taking ownership of job adverts on external and internal job boards, as well as working with the wider business with people management enquires. You will be responsible for:
- Sourcing potential candidates through job boards, social media and other relevant channels
- CV screening and conducting initial telephone interviews
- Creating engaging recruitment content alongside our Marketing Communications team
- Assisting with organisation for employee events, such as our summer and winter parties

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and a talent for organisation
- An appreciation of the importance of absolute discretion and confidentiality
