Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week
Based: North Harrow, Greater London
Only Care is a privately owned Care Provider. We have an opportunity at our Head Office in North Harrow for an experienced HR Co-ordinator/ Administrator ideally with Care Homes experience or a similar service sector.
Reporting to the Managing Director, the main responsibilities will be support the team on HR Recruitment and Retention Policies and Admin related tasks within the Head Office.
The role will be based at our Head Offices in North Harrow, London and is a full-time permanent role. Hours are 8.30am – 5pm.
Role responsibilities:
- Primary point of contact at the Head Office for HR support to our Care Homes.
- Leading the recruitment of oversees workers
- Working cooperatively with the Operations team to ensure that highest standard of safety and service are delivered at our Care Homes.
- Manage and maintain an efficient and effective filing system.
- Maintain all Head Office trackers.

- Good administration and organisational skills
- Proficient in the use of MS Office package (Word, Excel)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Professional, confident and a warm personality
- Excellent attention to detail and able to work in a fast pace environment
