Carbon 60 are looking to recruit a Hospitality Assistant for its leading Facilities Management client based in Cambridge
This is an online temporary position with the probability of a permanent role
Duties will include

Continuously working to high quality of service delivery

Adapt to different service needs for a range of customers

Working in a fast-paced environment and working effectively to delivery 5-star customer satisfaction

To ensure that Company and statutory regulations, regarding hygiene, safety of staff, food and equipment are complied within all tasks undertaken
-
To ensure the security of stores, cupboards and any other area under your control and to prevent the abuse and/or destruction of Company property
-
To assist in maintaining correct procedures for all deliveries, stores and store rooms
-
To report any customers complaints and compliments to a member of the management team
-
To attend all staff meetings and training courses as requested
-
To conform to the required dress code for your area, and to ensure the uniform provided is always clean, presentable and free from tears and stains

The washing of all pots in the pot wash areas and operation of the dish washing machine, in accordance to directions
-
To ensure all food waste is disposed of in correct manner in accordance with hygiene and environmental procedures
-
To ensure that all wastage is recorded and agreed by the Catering manager or the delegated person of authority before being disposed of.

To adhere to and carry out all cleaning as laid down in cleaning schedule.

Ensure that all stock items are monitored and rotated and proper requisitions and stock transfer procedures are carried out.

To support and promote the implementation of all new initiatives

To provide a 5-star customer service experience to customers within the building
-
To monitor and review the Multi-Functional Devices (printers) around the floor, top up paper and report faults
-
To monitor and service the vend hubs and stationery hubs in the allocated areas, top up consumables as required
-
To deliver Hospitality in Compliance with Food Health and safety legislation
-
Support the catering team at times of high service delivery
-
To support the furniture set-up within meeting rooms for Customers
-
To assist in maintaining correct procedures for all deliveries, stores and store rooms
-
To report any customers complaints and compliments to a member of the management team
-
To report any incident of accident, fire, loss, theft, damage, unfit food or other irregularities to a member of the management team
-
To ensure all food waste is disposed of in correct manner in accordance with hygiene and environmental procedures
-
To ensure all waste disposal areas are left clear and hygienic at all times
-
Carry out "spot" / reactive cleaning when required
-
To adhere to housekeeping standards for each area
-
Ensure that all stock items are monitored and rotated, and proper requisitions and stock transfer procedures are carried out
-
To liaise and assist in other areas as dictated by business needs
-
To support and promote the implementation of all new service activities
-
Support manager with any reasonable request as requested

7.00am to 3.00pm Monday to Friday

£11.24 per hour PAYE
