We are looking for a field service engineer with experience in diagnosing and repairing electro-mechanical, fluidic, and electronic systems. Applicants with a background in biomedical engineering, industrial engineering, automation, or aerospace (to name a few) are encouraged to apply. If you have a strong foundation in troubleshooting at the component level and have progressed to systems-level expertise, we want to hear from you.
In this important position within the Technical Services group, you will provide technical support for a variety of medical equipment. With exciting product launches and significant R&D investment in our portfolio, you will have the chance to support the growth of key business accounts across your territory and the UK. You will report to a Regional Technical Manager and be responsible for preventative, corrective, modification, installation, and out-of-hours support for specified products ranging from large to medium-sized equipment. You will also provide on-site and office-based customer training.
To be considered for this role, you should have an engineering or electrical qualification and be able to confidently represent the company at client sites. You should have good previous field service experience with high-value capital equipment and be able to build productive customer relationships in a complex environment. You may be required to travel throughout the UK on occasion, and the position is based in South West London.
