EY People Advisory Services – Mobility and Reward Graduate Programme
Take on a people-facing role as you help clients understand the impact of global mobility on their taxes. And embark on a career journey you can own, shape and grow.
About the programme
Our People Advisory Services – Mobility and Reward team is legislative focused. As a group, we work closely with clients, forming key relationships and sharing the many benefits of a flexible global workforce. In our changing labour market, the future of work can be difficult to predict. We look at how businesses reward and relocate employees around the world – and how it affects their tax. Join us on our mission and take on client-facing projects from the start. Your technical know-how is a big element of the programme. As the current climate changes, so will that knowledge – being able to keep up with the pace of transformation is key. Ready for the challenge?
What will you be doing?
- Working in either Mobility or Reward within our UK & Ireland (UK&I) or Financial Services (FS) teams.
- Assisting with global tax advisory and compliance projects.
- Communicating directly with local or global clients.
- Building professional relationships with your clients.
How is it structured?
All graduates in Mobility and Reward study for the Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT) qualification. The first couple of months will be dedicated to your ATT training, enabling you to develop your technical knowledge and build long-lasting relationships with your peer group. You will then join your team in either Financial Services (FS) or UK & Ireland (UK&I) and start working on client projects.
Throughout the programme, you’ll have lots of support and training, as well as opportunities to learn from senior colleagues and to collaborate with colleagues across our EY network as part of a diverse and globally connected team. If you pass your ATT exams and are keen, you can start to study for the Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA) qualification and may even be able to study for other qualifications later in the programme.
In the workplace, you’ll take on greater responsibilities, so that by the end of the programme you’re likely to have enough knowledge and experience to find yourself promoted to the next stage of your career.
Alongside our programme offering, we give you all the training and exposure to real-world work you could want. We also offer company-wide and programme-specific rewards that make all the hard work worthwhile. These include wellbeing initiatives, a free tech MBA, healthcare support, a pension scheme and more.
Technology in People Advisory Services – Mobility and Reward
Technology is at the forefront of the solutions we offer to our clients and we embrace innovative thinking across our teams. As you gain exposure to global clients, your exposure to international technologies will grow too.
This is where your adventure begins and where you have every opportunity to build an exceptional experience. Embrace the challenge as you help us build a better working world for everyone.
Are you eligible to apply?
We operate an open access policy, meaning we don’t screen out applications on your academic performance alone. You will, however, need to be working towards an honour’s degree in any subject, have a minimum of grade 4/C GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths, and three A-levels/Five Highers (or equivalent).
We welcome applications from all academic backgrounds and are looking for people who will succeed at EY today and tomorrow. That's why, through our recruitment process, your academic performance will be considered against your online assessment scores to determine your suitability for an EY role. We’re also proud to partner with RARE recruitment, so that your application can be processed in the context of your socio-economic background.
