Executive Assistant – To the Food & Beverage Director
The Executive Assistant to F&B Director is responsible for assisting the Director of F&B with the administration and smooth running of the F&B division. Primarily responsible for organizing work and follow up / tracing pending projects. In the absence of the F&B Director, the Executive Assistant to F&B Director will report to the Assistant F&B Directors.
The Quality Improvement aspect of this position will report directly to the Food and Beverage Director and together, they will create and encourage an environment of “continuous improvement.” This position will champion all Quality Improvement Initiatives – communicate, implement and ensure understanding of the importance and value of utilizing quality tools in continuously improving our Key Strategies to Achieve Excellence. The F&B Executive Assistant partners with and supports all hotel leaders in meeting and/or exceeding their goals relating to Performance Monitor and Performance Research.

Experience in a luxury 5* hotel or Restaurant group.
Currently in the position within a similar environment.
Flexible & adaptable to different working conditions.
Expertise in administration and assisting at a senior level.
