Overview:
Redgate is looking for an Events Assistant to support with global events.
You’ll work with the Events team to successfully deliver our events program for both sponsored third party and hosted events.
Are you looking to get into event planning? Do you have some experience of events in the B2B space, but want to add more value and learn under a growing team? Redgate is looking for an Events Assistant, who’s enthusiastic about assisting the team with multiple events, and who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.
You’ll be helping the team on executing the events program, bringing your good communications skills and a can-do attitude. Reporting into the Events Marketing Manager, and supporting our Events Coordinator, you’ll be organizing crew travel and accommodation, liaising with external suppliers, organizing our merchandize and keeping on top of multiple inboxes.

Ability to work across teams and functions to get the right stuff done first time round.

Experienced in using Outlook (overseeing multiple inboxes and calendars), MS Word, Excel, and OneDrive, Zoom, alongside excellent general computer skills.
What would help?

Experience of assisting and supporting the coordination of B2B/B2BC events.

Strong collaboration and communication skills with experience working with events and marketing teams.

Willing to work flexible hours as needed to deliver the needs of events based in time-zones outside of the UK.

Experience using Salesforce would be an advantage.

Salary is £22,000 - £25,000 depending on experience.
