Job Description

This is a unique role, working for an Ultra High Net Worth family, working alongside their current PA to support with the coordination of luxury travel and events and providing private PA support. This is an incredibly busy and diverse role with a variety of interesting tasks. This role would suit you if you have perhaps worked within Events or Luxury Travel and maybe looking for a new and different role.

The role can be fully office based, hybrid or possibly home based however our client is looking for a candidate who is based within easy access to Leeds city centre for when office work may be required.

The right candidate is vital to this role. A strong work ethic, able to work under pressure and manage several different tasks at one time. A highly organised individual who can communicate with ease at all levels.

What you will be involved with:

  • Providing personal based organisational support to the family
  • Extensive travel research for Worldwide luxury travel
  • Coordinating all aspects of travel and associated logistics, transfers, mapping etc
  • Researching Hotels, price comparisons, restaurants, and all associated bookings
  • Communicating extensively with the family and organising varying appointments
  • Organising all events
  • Being a key point of contact for suppliers, ordering and making purchases
  • Organising UK based and Global itineraries
  • Extensive arrangements for Christmas with a wide range of associated duties
  • Managing the yacht itinerary, coordinating all guests, visitors, and associated logistics
  • Diary management – coordinating all appointments and communicating these within the family

What we are looking for:

  • The right person is vital to this role. Excellent communication skills and able to build relationships with ease
  • Highly organised, able to handle several different tasks at one time
  • An excellent work ethic, a “completer finisher” in your approach to your work
  • Experience gained within Events, Travel or a similar Business support led role
  • Strong Internet and research skills
  • Able to cope with a fluid and fast paced role
