JOB DESCRIPTION - Event operations supervisor
JOB PURPOSE
To understand the duties and responsibilities of leading a diverse team of agency staff throughout an event, whilst adhering to managers requests to deliver an exceptional experience.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- To be comfortable and confident with leading a varied team
- Food and beverage experience
- Interest and knowledge of Food and beverage
- Passion for the job
- Adaptable to last minute changes and nature of events
- To work well independently
- Leading by example
- Strive to deliver exceptional guest service
- Serving guests in turn, professionally and efficiently
- Serving & presenting food and drink products perfectly
- Ensuring all guests are happy and satisfied
- Following instructions from the manager in a timely manner
- Strive to deliver exceptional customer service
- Delivering a genuine and friendly service throughout the event
- To confidently deal with queries and complaints
- Communication between management and staff
- To ensure all tasks are completed
- To oversee all aspects of the event as requested by the manager
- To represent Camm & Hooper professionally

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: £14.00-£16.00 per hour

- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
