Our publishing team develops, manages and monetises sports betting and casino affiliate sites in the US and the UK.
Role Overview
As Email Marketing specialist you will play an instrumental role in nurturing our member base from casual users into active and repeat visitors.
You will collaborate with the Managing Director of Publishing to build and optimise workflows that deliver seamless user journeys that maintains and grows our highly engaged community of members.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for the automation and delivery of marketing content across email, web push, and SMS channels and you’ll have the freedom to test and explore what works best to engage our active community.
What you will be doing
- Develop an email marketing strategy that increase audience engagement and player acquisition
- Collaborate with the content marketing team to amplify content across email, web push, and text
- Build and execute campaigns across email, web push, and SMS
- Review and analyse campaign performance to identify new content and revenue opportunities
- Produce weekly and monthly reports on email, web push, and SMS performance
- Maintain planning tools and calendars across CRM
- Write copy including for subject lines, contests, promotions & more
- Work with our graphic design team to brief and procure relevant assets supporting campaigns
- Promote and share information, news, and offers about our company to people on our mailing list
- Research our customers’ lifecycles and how they interact with our brand to understand the best ways to reach them through email
- Use email marketing concepts and metrics to measure and optimise our email campaigns, to improve open rates, deliverability, click rates, and conversion rates, and to achieve specific business goals
- Report weekly and monthly to the Managing Director of Publishing with performance optimisations
Key Skills Required

- Knowledge of sports betting- across different sports
- An adaptable can-do nature willing to learn
- Confidence in your ability to manage campaigns and deadlines, delivering always on-time and on-specification
- Meticulous attention to detail and sense of personal responsibility
- Relevant digital marketing experience in a CRM or campaign based role
- Relevant qualifications including related bachelor's degree or marketing specialist certifications
- Experience in the gaming industry
