Job Description
Who we are:
We are Lloyds Banking Group, we’re one of Britain’s largest banks and the largest provider of digital financial products in the UK.
A major part of our growth strategy is to deepen customer relationships through personalised experience and outstanding customer service. Our new Consumer Relationships and Lending business units will do exactly that. We have phenomenal colleagues ready to serve customers through the channels they choose, with products to support their everyday banking needs, and we have an incredible amount of data that will allow us to personalise what we offer and how we show up for customers.
Bringing all our channels together means we can be more customer focused – we can be more expansive in our thinking, and we’ll benefit from more investment than ever before. We’ll also be the home of the new digital-led Mass Affluent offering.
What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for innovative problem solvers with analytical minds, interest in numbers, team-players, and people with an eye for detail, keen to make an impact within banking and financial services. If this sounds like you, join us and be part of an inclusive, values-led culture passionate about making a difference.
We don’t just look for exam results – we’re looking for passion, personality, and the commitment to learn! Whatever your dream, you can expect excellent benefits, personal development, and a career that’s enriching and full of opportunity.
